I am writing this post in the honor of the Son of the most High God, who is Jesus the resurrected Lord and Savior. For those curious ones (witches, warlocks, covens etc) who think you have power, He said that He has all power. Please don’t oppose it, because you will not prevail, for He said that “all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth (Matthew 28: 18). He has also given His servants power over all the power of the enemy and power to tread on those serpents and scorpions that you are playing with and that live in you (Luke 10: 19).
Jesus is revealed in Revelation as the one who receives the revelation from God (1:1) and who passes the information unto His servants (1;1). He is the faithful witness (1: 5), the first who ever died and lived never to die again (1: 5) and the Prince of the Kings of the earth (1:5). He is the ultimate authority. Psalm 2 warns you not to rage against Him or to make plans against Him and His anointed, because He will laugh and mock since He rules in heaven, which is His throne and the earth His footstool. Jesus is just biding His time (as far as you are concerned) but I want you to know that the devil your cruel boss and his cohorts are already under His feet (Ps. 110: 1; Phillipians 2: 9-11; Colossians 1: 16; Colossians 2: 15; Colossians 3: 1; 1 Peter 3:22). He will confirm to you that we are His children.
We will take control of the territory, it does not belong to the devil:
  • We will cast down principalities and powers and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Cor 10: 3-5).
  • Kiss the Son of God in order to avert His anger (Ps 2: 12). Be wise now, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear (Ps 2: 10,11).
  • Rev 1: 5 says that He loved us and shed His blood to save us from sins. He has given us a kingly and priestly inheritance (Rev 1:6) so that we shall reign with Him and serve in His temple.
  • He has all glory and dominion for ever (1: 6).
  • He is coming back in the clouds and every eye shall see Him and He is coming as a judge, terrible in appearance because all the people of the earth will wail because of Him (1: 7).
  • He is God because He said “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending (1:8). God the Father also said the same words of Himself in Rev 21: 5,6.
  • He is the Son of Man (1: 13), the one who came to earth in the flesh but is now resurrected in the presence of God (how else did He get from earth to heaven?).
  • He is the great voice like the trumpet and many waters which speaks out of the churches (the seven golden candlesticks – 1: 13; 15 ).

The church of Jesus is not a weak, wimpy set of people, but full of the presence and power of God by His Spirit, who is also symbolized by the seven golden candlesticks (see cross reference in 4: 5). The church of Jesus (not the Latter Day Saints specifically but the called out ones, the believers) is headed by the Most Holy One (see how His hair and head are white like wool – 1: 14). His eyes are like flames of fire (1:14b). He sees everything and those eyes will burn everything that does not look like Him. His feet are like brass, as if they burned in a furnace. He is indestructible because He has already gone through the fire of affliction and humbled Himself, becoming obedient unto death and has been given a name which is above every other name, that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow and confess Him as Lord so that the Father will get the glory for His most wonderful and obedient Son (Phillipians 2: 6-11).

If you think He is soft, He has a sharp, twoedged sword going out of His mouth and this is called the Word of God (1: 16; Ephesians 6:17b; Hebrews 4:12). I am giving you wud (word) today as we say in the Caribbean. That sword will pierce you and separate soul from spirit, exposing the deception that you are in (Heb 4: 12). In your mind you think that you do not need the Son of God, but your spirit is crying out for true power, for light instead of the darkness in which you live, for deliverance from the bondage of death and hell.
You think Satan is your friend, but you are deceived like your father the devil. Your spirit will receive the word and your will has to come under subjection to the word of the Lord. It knows exactly what you are thinking and planning because the Word is Christ Himself (John 1:1) who knows all things because nothing is hidden from His eyes (Hebrews 4:13). His eyes run to and fro in the earth beholding the evil and the good. Hey! I was just about to end (for now), then I read Rev 1: 18 which says “I am He that liveth and was dead, and behold , I am alive for evermore, amen ,and have the keys of hell and of death“.
Now witches etc, He could make this claim because He nailed our sins to the cross (Col 2: 14) and blotted them out totally. He then went down into hell by the power of the Spirit, preached to the human spirits in prison that were there from the flood (1 Pet 3: 18-21). Psalms 68: 18 prophesied that he would ascend on high and lead captivity captive and Paul in Ephesians 4: 8-10 explained also that He descended first into the lower parts of the earth where Satan dwells. Guess what? Those demons that you are friends with are “reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the day of judgement” (Jude 6).
Why do you want to go there with them? Jesus also took away the authority that Satan had over death and hell, spoiling them according to Col 2: 15 (like soldiers in war would pillage their enemies). He rose up into the heavens, gave powerful gifts unto the church and is seated at the Father’s right hand making intercession for His people -don’t touch that! (Eph 1: 19-23; 4: 8-13). Furthermore, we are risen with Christ and seated together with Him in a position of authority (Eph 2:6; Col 3:1). Folks, I am going to stop bragging about Jesus for now, but this is just Revelation chapter 1. Blessings and more to come!
