We are still learning what Jesus meant when He taught us that we must be  born again. I began a rather long discourse on the interpretation of the parable of the sower, making  this apparent diversion in the context of John 3: 3 in which Jesus said ““Except a man be born again, he cannot see (Eidon/G1492/perceive) the kingdom of God” (Jn 3: 3).  To perceive means “to recognize, discern, envision, or understand” (dictionary.com).

I would like you to review the context of the parable here

Jesus taught us clearly in the parable of the sower that  only those who hear and obey the word of God are considered as true believers.  To be born again essentially means that we are producing evidences our lives that resemble God and that of His kingdom rather than fruit of the kingdom of darkness. Lord Jesus said that all those who say Lord, Lord will not enter the kingdom of heaven (Mt 7: 15-28).
