1. God’s Original  Diet Plan  For Humans Included Green Plants

There is a  Secret, Hidden Miracle Substance In Green Foods that we pay very little attention to. Green Foods were among the diet of the  first man and woman in the earth:

11 God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds.” It was so.

12 The land produced vegetation – plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. God saw that it was good.

13 There was evening, and there was morning, a third day.

29 Then God said, “I now give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the entire earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

  • This miracle substance is found in plants.
  • Chlorophyll is generally said to be green in color  due to the presence of sunlight.
  • The greener the plant, the more sun has been absorbed.
  • This explains why leaves lose color in the fall or autumn

  • Humans “lose color” and energy when we fail to eat green plants.

God told Adam and Eve to eat freely from the trees in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2: 16). Fruits, vegetables and all kinds of edible plants should therefore form the major component of the human diet.

Adam and Eve experienced maximum health benefits and lived for hundreds of years. Of course, their water supply, air and environment were also clean and unpolluted. People in the bible followed Adam and Eve’s diet plan and also ate green foods in abundance. These included:

  • Herbs – 2 Kings 4:39
  • Leeks – Numbers 11:15
