The appearance of the Lord to war in the invisible is preceded by worship activity of  the saints

I last wrote on the topic “When The Lord Said He Would Come But Did Not Appear In The Flesh.” We are trying to understand the meaning of Jesus’s prophecy when He told His disciples that they would see  The Sign Of The Son Of Man  In Heaven.

We learnt from history that the Jews living at the time of the Roman siege of Jerusalem saw “chariots … in the air over the whole country, and armed battalions speeding through the clouds and encircling the cities.”

These chariots and armed battalions were the heavenly armies of the Lord that Apostle John saw. The Lord had come forth in vengeance against the rebellious nation of Israel.

Apostle John saw a vision in which the Lord appeared in the heavenly realms with His armies to wage war against the heathen. In the vision, the Lord Jesus sat on a white horse and wielded a two edged sword or His Word in His mouth. This is why John says that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of His testimony (Revelation 12: 11). However, we need to pay attention to an important revelation given to us in Revelation 19.

In Revelation 19, the Lord’s appearance to war against the heathen is triggered by new worship activity among the heavenly saints.

The heavenly saints spoke in unison, with a GREAT VOICE of worship. That  voice of worship and praise sounded like the noise of many waters and mighty thundering. The saints in heaven extolled the greatness and rule of God and declared that Christ had judged the great whore and avenged the blood of His servants.

The saints rejoiced because the Lord had responded to their intercessions regarding beheading of their brethren with great vengeance in the earth (Revelation 6: 8 – 10; Revelation 8: 3 – 5).

19 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.

And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth...

This is no gentle Jesus meek and mild

The church living in this new era of anti – God aggression against Jews and the saints must respond in the same manner as the Church of the Firstborn in heaven. We are living in another era in which jihadists are killing Jews, beheading the saints and warring with the intent of ruling the earth with Islam.

However, the Church must agitate the Lord with intercessions and worship in order to receive victories over the rebellious kingdoms which war against the saints. However, even as the Lord leads the armies of Heaven with the two-edged sword in His mouth, He depends on His Church to wield that sword against His enemies in the earth:

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords – Revelation 19.

Revelation 19 was illustrated for me in a vision in December 2006

In December 2006, I was staying with a friend in New York. Shortly after I lay down to sleep one night, I fell into a trance. Immediately, a force came through the door and hit me on the chest. I tried to raise my hand to ward it off, but my hand was weak initially and wobbled. Eventually I got my hand up, like Moses.

I asked the people in the force, “where are you from?” A voice answered, “North Carolina,” meaning that they were witches and warlocks from that area.

Almost immediately, my nephews Don – Austyn and Corey came to help me. Soon after, the force disappeared as my enemies were overcome. Soon after that, I saw a vision in the sky above the house. I saw Jesus appear in the sky on a white horse riding towards the north. Next to him I saw my New York Pastor, Hezekiah Walker, who was also riding on a horse. Jesus leaned towards him, speaking in his ear.

I also saw generals of the faith like Benny Hinn, TD Jakes and Kenneth and Gloria Copeland riding up close in a crowd of people around Jesus. On earth, they are parallel to the Elders around the Throne in Heaven.

I also saw an innumerable crowd of saints riding a short distance behind that crowd of Elders.  When I looked again, I saw Prophetess Juanita Bynum riding ahead of that crowd of saints.  The  vision then ended, but I understood that it to mean that the Church had been praying for me and the Lord had come forth to deliver. Thank you Father and saints.

What does all of this mean?

The Church is not helpless against the raging forces of hell. We have the power to overcome by the Word of God. The scriptures repeatedly demonstrate the results of the warring church. Jehoshaphat, Paul and Silas and others are examples. Psalm 149 encapsulates the dimensions, importance and results of our warfare:

Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;

To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.

Our dear Apostle Paul confirmed how we are to war:

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled – 2 Corinthians 10.

Finally, the church, due to current interpretation of scriptures, is not generally able to correctly interpret the times in which we live. We are faced with the beheading of the Christians by jihadists and stand idly by, waiting for the Anti – Christ and the so-called THE GREAT TRIBULATION to appear.

Church, we are in a period of GREAT TRIBULATION. We must war against the forces of hell that are warring against our brothers and sisters in the Middle East and in other nations where the Word of God is suppressed and where Christians are discriminated against because of their faith. We MUST RESIST THE DEVIL AND HE WILL FLEE.

The church has been faced with periods of great tribulation through the ages and currently the resurgence of Islamic domination of the earth is a key sign that Revelation 6 is being fulfilled once again.

Please wake Up!
